Celestia Technologies Group appoints Marguerite Kortland as Group HR & Recruitment Manager
Celestia Technologies Group (CTG) is supporting its current growth phase with the appointment of Marguerite Kortland as Group HR & Recruitment Manager.
Marguerite joins the pan-European business, which is focussed on innovative technology products, systems and services to the space, aerospace, defence, telecommunications and scientific markets, with a remit to develop recruitment and retention strategies as well as provide strategic HR support at both group level and for the CTG companies. She will also oversee career and personal development planning to ensure people grow with the business and fulfil their potential.
She brings more than 20 years’ experience to the role, having managed recruitment and HR for a number of technical companies across Europe. Most recently she was Human Resources Manager for Airborne, a technology leader in advanced composites based in The Hague, and before that their Senior Corporate Recruiter.
Previously, she ran her own consultancy Marex Recruitment also in The Hague, providing specialised recruitment and HR services to the engineering and maritime industries for almost a decade. She also held senior technical and engineering recruitment roles for both Tideway Offshore Solutions and Hays, one of the world’s most successful recruitment companies.
