Multi-technology solutions business Celestia has announced a year of exceptional growth and success, achieving a series of major milestones driven by innovative products and a commitment to excellence that leave the pan-European group well placed for future growth and re-investment.
Celestia delivered a robust revenue growth of 7.5% year-on-year in its financial year ending 31 December 2024, driven by strong demand for its technology products, systems and services in its key markets and a diversified product portfolio.
The group significantly improved its margins, with EBITDA rising 40% year-on-year, reflecting operational efficiencies and strategic investments. It also delivered solid cash flow generation as a result of successful product launches and major contract wins.
Celestia’s unstinting focus on engineering excellence coupled with investment in R&D saw the introduction of a number of advanced technology solutions in the period, including Celestia TTI’s unique GaN based SSPAs in DBS band, which provide outstanding solutions to broadcast satcom.
Group company Celestia UK achieved a world-first innovation in 2024 with its compact electronic multibeam gateways and Ka band phased array antennas, setting a new standard for multi-orbit constellations and satcoms. Celestia Callisto and Celestia TTI meanwhile developed high performance antenna transmitter and receiver equipment tailored to meet the requirements of operators establishing purpose-built ground station networks for lunar communications.
The group also increased its market presence, following investment in a new visual identity and website designed to raise awareness of Celestia’s broad technological reach and track record in ground segment activities.
